1. The municipalities named in Column 1 of the Table to this Regulation are prescribed for the purposes of subsection 46.1 (2) of the Education Act. O. Reg. 465/97, s. 1; O. Reg. 362/17, s. 1.
2. The lands and premises with the assessment roll numbers set out in Column 2 of the Table to this Regulation are prescribed for the purposes of the definition of “defence property” in subsection 46.1 (1) of the Act. O. Reg. 465/97, s. 2; O. Reg. 362/17, s. 2.
