NON-APPLICATION OF PART III OF THE MUNICIPAL AFFAIRS ACT

1. For the purposes of section 5 of the Act, Part III of the Municipal Affairs Act ceases to apply to the Town of Moosonee. O. Reg. 338/02, s. 1.
