MUNICIPALITIES THAT ARE REQUIRED TO PREPARE AND ADOPT OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENTS UNDER SUBSECTION 9 (2) OF ACT

This Regulation is made in English only.
Prescribed municipalities
1. The municipalities listed in the Schedule are prescribed for the purposes of subsection 9 (2) of the Act. O. Reg. 141/02, s. 1.
