COUNCIL COMPOSITION — REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF YORK

Municipality may exercise power
1. The Regional Municipality of York may exercise its power under section 218 of the Act to change the size of its council by increasing the number of members from The Corporation of the City of Vaughan from four to five. O. Reg. 279/13, s. 1.
