How to report a workplace injury in Ontario

1. Get medical care first

   Then tell the employer.

2. Workplace injuries often go through WSIB

   That is a different system from an ESA wage claim.

3. OHSA still applies to safety duties

   Open the Employment shelf for both statutes.

4. Deadlines are short

   Late reports cause problems.
