DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY TO APPROVE PLANS OF SUBDIVISION - HURON SHORES, KIRKLAND LAKE AND MATACHEWAN

This Regulation is made in English only.
1. The Minister’s authority under section 51 of the Act to approve plans of subdivision is delegated to,
(a) the Municipality of Huron Shores with respect to the application that has the file number 57-T-94001;
(b) the Town of Kirkland Lake with respect to the application that has the file number 54-T-89003;
(c) the Township of Matachewan with respect to the application that has the file number 54-T-86001.
