Delegation
1. The Minister’s authority under section 51 of the Act to approve a plan of subdivision is delegated to,
(a) the council of The Corporation of Haldimand County with respect to applications whose file numbers are set out in Schedule 1;
(b) the council of The Corporation of Norfolk County with respect to applications whose file numbers are set out in Schedule 2;
(c) the council of the City of Barrie with respect to applications whose file numbers are set out in Schedule 3;
(d) the council of the City of Kenora with respect to applications whose file numbers are set out in Schedule 4;
(e) the council of the City of Timmins with respect to applications whose file numbers are set out in Schedule 5. O. Reg. 417/01, s. 1.
Subdelegation
2. (1) If any authority delegated under section 1 is in turn delegated to a committee of the council or to an appointed officer under subsection 5 (1) of the Act, the council shall forward to the Minister a certified copy of the delegating by-law within 15 days of its passing. O. Reg. 417/01, s. 2 (1).
(2) The delegations of authority set out in this Regulation are not terminated by reason only that the condition set out in subsection (1) is not complied with. O. Reg. 417/01, s. 2 (2).
