DEEMING ORDER — SAULT STE. MARIE NORTH PLANNING BOARD
Consolidation Period: From May 5, 1999 to the e-Laws currency date.

This Regulation is made in English only.
1. (1) Ontario Regulation 279/80, as it read immediately before its revocation on May 5, 1999, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law of the Sault Ste. Marie North Planning Board in respect of the land in the planning area. O. Reg. 306/99, s. 1 (1).
(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 1999-01 of the Sault Ste. Marie North Planning Board. O. Reg. 306/99, s. 1 (2).
