DEEMING ORDER (MANITOULIN PLANNING BOARD)
Consolidation Period: From April 24, 1996 to the e-Laws currency date.
No amendments.
This Regulation is made in English only.
1. (1) Ontario Regulation 672/81, as it read immediately before its revocation under section 2, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law of the Manitoulin Planning Board under section 34 of the Act. O. Reg. 159/96, s. 1 (1).
(2) The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 96-01 of the Manitoulin Planning Board. O. Reg. 159/96, s. 1 (2).
