Deemed zoning by-law, O. Reg. 138/10
1. Ontario Regulation 138/10, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the City of Hamilton. O. Reg. 100/13, s. 1.
