Start with the official statute, not a forum post
Open the Immigration Law shelf. The Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and the Citizenship Act are the backbone texts.
Regulations and IRCC instructions sit beside the Act
Many programs live in regulations and department manuals. Read both.
File only on Government of Canada channels
Know The Law does not submit IRCC forms. Use the current IRCC form on their site the day you file.
If you received a refusal letter
Read the reasons and the deadline to appeal or seek leave. Those clocks are short. Get qualified advice immediately.
