ENGLISH-LANGUAGE DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARDS - DIRECTORS OF EDUCATION

Not member of board
1. The director of education of an English-language district school board is deemed not to be a member of the board for the purposes of paragraph 3 of subsection 171 (1) of the Act.
