REVOCATION OF WATER TAKING PERMITS
Consolidation Period: From March 30, 2020 to the e-Laws currency date.

This is the English version of a bilingual regulation.
1. A permit issued under section 34.1 of the Act for the purpose of operating a dam that is associated with the production of electricity is deemed to be revoked on March 30, 2020.
2. Omitted (provides for coming into force of provisions of this Regulation).
